Kamapuaʻa, pig-god mask

I had a plan to make a Lion mask for the last week of solstice mask seminar. I was quite confused, when, due to my weak sculpting ability, my mask turned out to look like a pig, not a lion. I thought that lions are more sexy animals than pigs.

But the Great Dreaming Spirit has it's own creative ideas, more magical than mine. The mask started to live its own life. After I painted it, I realized that the ma...

Lina is a yoga teacher. She has developed her own style of exercises for women, and has been teaching it for a while in groups, or with private clients. At this moment she is in the process of developing her online program. When she started filming her webinar, she got stuck and lost all her passion. She came to me for a session, complaining of losing her energy and a sudden lack of interest in her webinar idea.

Dear friends, this story is an effort to describe how I work with the dreams and dream-like experiences.

I do have plenty of positive experience teaching dream work and helping my students to go through creative blocks, but not much experience in writing.

So, I will appreciate any feedback on this article and your advises.
Thank you Nataly Grif for inspiring me to write it with your tiger on a wall painting!

The Tiger, which pla...

Last class of TERRApia School of transformation one year program completed.

A lot of my students came to the school to find their creative path. Not this group. All students in this group have already achieved certain levels of personal development and creative expression. In this group we have seminar leaders, teachers, performers, artists, and accomplished athletes.

It's this time of the year... Halloween.

Earlier in October I became obsessed with the idea of making an owl mask, after I pet an owl at the Owl's Cafe in Tokyo. This experience awoke something new in me. I started to look at the owl's pictures and contemplated on the owl's spirit. It took two months, until I could express it through this mask.
This is my first wearable mask , I am officially ready for Halloween.

My trip to Japan was such an amazing journey. Many things fascinate me about this country and their culture.

One of them are Japanese dragons.

I love dragons! For me, they represent incredible intensity of magical energy. The Japanese dragons are highly respected creatures. They usually have three toes on each foot (important! all other dragons in the world are descendant of Japanese dragons , who had traveled far from Japan and...

Last weekend was quite crazy for me. I went to New York, which by the way, is now a 2.5 hour drive away. Over the weekend I got a lot done: opened a new location for a women’s circle, hung out with friends, worked with clients, visited my family. My work and play weekend was successful, but when I got back to my cozy forest home, I felt totally out of balance. My body was burning and my thoughts were going at a crazy speed. To...

On Saturday we had a day-long journey - sensual yoga, shamanic breath-work, Russian banya, firewalk, art class. My students led most of the retreat. I led firewalk. I think firewalk is the passing exam at my magician's school :) The retreat atmosphere is like I travel to the most interesting world destinations with my dream team.

Mandala is an ancient method to project the stories, which happen in your inner realm abstract colorful patterns, put inside the circle. Why is it a circle? In the human psyche the circle represents “The Whole” – earth, womb, Sun. Shamans, Buddhists and alchemists used the mandala as an important transformational method.
