The course consists of 20 classes , 2 classes per week

Morning practice is led by Sergey Greku : Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM (EST): May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. June 7, 14, 21, 28. 
Evening practice led by  senior students  on Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 9 pm (EST): May 8, 15, 22, 29. June 5, 12, 19, 26. July 3.

Seminar leader:

Serge Greku

He is an internationally recognized Qigong master with over 30 years dedicated to mastering Kung Fu and healing arts. 

Serge does more than teach — he leads you into a new space. A space where women and men can return to themselves, rediscover sensitivity, restore the sacred connection between body and spirit, and enter the silence within. His approach is a synthesis of tradition and living presence, depth and simplicity, form and freedom.

During the retreat, participants will master unique Qigong techniques

These techniques will remain with you after the retreat and become powerful tools for maintaining health, energy, and efficiency at a high level.

(Previous experience in Qigong is not required)
