I am back from the one more round of my Process Work master study - with a load of new wonderful methods of transformation. We studied deep meaning of dreams and how dreams are connected to your body symptoms and relationships. The most surprising was the work with an early childhood memories and repeated dreams- you can find your whole life mythology there and the long term patterns expressed in a relationships. We did some exercises on that and it was amazing to see how the pieces of you life story come together creating a meaning. The connection with my life myth and my greatest meaning bring a lot of fresh creative energy to the everyday life tasks, fills my heart with joy and acceptance. Got a lot of new insights and inspirations for myself and ready to practice this great methods with my clients.
