"Mask Dance" workshop at the wonderful JetLag festival. We started with a 'clay body' exercise, creating a sculpture of a partner body, finding our styles as a leader and follower. This exercise opened our inner child, and this child has an unlimited amount of creative energy. After getting in a creative flow we dived into the world of masks. Making a mask and then looking at the mask as the reflection of some of your inner aspects, helps to find a new resources, powers and insights. At the end of workshop- mask dance. This is our first official event with Eduard Izotov, we worked together for a while and prepared several seminars, looking forward to the next events together.
