My morning capuchino


My morning capuchino. I have a brake on my morning raw shake ritual. Winter is not for raw. I drink my super healthy capuchino instead. Dandelion root mix, half of a small spoon of octane brain oil, the same amount of coconut oil, drop of honey, shake in a bullet. Tastes great! Gives plenty of energy, the next meal is in a couple of hours.Oils keep my brain active and clear through the day, no fog or sleepiness. Love it!
