Retreat Location:
The Azores’ island of São Miguel is a beautiful and powerful place. As a young volcanic island, it carries the most ancient energy of creation, since volcanoes created all the land on Earth. Part of modern Portugal, the island is modern, safe, and easy to travel to, both from the US and Europe.

How to get there:
5 hour flight from New York to Ponta Delgada, Azores.
40-minute ride from the airport to Furnas. If you arrive on Saturday morning, we will pick you up at the airport.

Founder of the Aidahar School and a renowned Qigong master with over 30 years of experience in Kung Fu, healing arts, and energy work. Sergey has dedicated his life to guiding individuals towards transformation and self-discovery through Qigong. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern practices, creating a space for deep personal growth and connection.
Dina Ostrovsky, MA in Process Work, Portland, OR
Founder of the Terrapia School of Transformation. The school welcomes individuals who wish to take their career, creativity, health, and relationships to the next level. Over the years, a community of successful, joyful, and dynamic like-minded individuals has formed around the school.
Gabriel Turetsky
A dedicated Qigong practitioner and guide, combining years of experience in holistic health, kinesiology, and personal transformation.
Practices:
During the retreat, all participants will learn and master three unique Qigong techniques:
“Stretching the Heavenly Thread” – a practice of awakening and aligning the body’s internal structure through soft, natural extension and connection with celestial energy.
“Turtle Practice” – a powerful technique of deep relaxation and protection that helps restore vitality and strengthen the body on the energetic level.
“Awakening the Dragon” – a dynamic practice from the Aydahar system that activates inner potential and reveals the strength and grace of movement.
These practices will become valuable tools you can use after the retreat to maintain a high level of health, vitality, and personal effectiveness.
