Gosha has created meals for a variety of meditation and yoga retreats, festivals and special events ranging from 15 to 300 servings. He served as a chef and a kitchen manager at Integral Yoga Institute of New York, as a retreat chef at Menla retreat center, and Vipassana meditation center.
