We are excited to welcome special guest facilitator Dina Ostrovsky to Green Steam Herbal Sauna for a profoundly transformative workshop and community sauna day!

Powerful dreams, psychedelic journeys, mystical experiences, deep meditation, and near-death experiences can profoundly change the way we see ourselves and the world. But how do we truly understand these experiences, and how do we integrate them into everyday life?


Drawing on Process Work, this experiential workshop offers practical tools for exploring dreams, archetypal encounters, challenging psychedelic experiences, and higher states of consciousness.


Together, we will examine: Different types of extraordinary experiences Dreams of initiation Life myth and personal purpose Practical methods for transforming profound experiences into lasting sources of healing, creativity, resilience, and personal growth.


The workshop combines brief teaching, demonstrations, experiential exercises, and opportunities to explore your own experiences in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Schedule:

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Experiential Class & Workshop

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Sauna in the Forest Nature (Open to all!)  


Options & Exchange: Full Experience (Class + Sauna): $150

Dina Ostrovsky, MA

Dina Ostrovskaya is a Process-Oriented Psychologist, psychotherapist, teacher, and founder of the Terrapia School of Transformation. She has over 20 years of experience facilitating personal transformation through Process Work, Family Constellations, Qigong, meditation, dreamwork, and psychedelic integration.


Since 2013, Dina has been leading psychedelic integration groups and educational programs in New York and Boston. She leads retreats and trains therapists and facilitators in methods for preparing for and integrating extraordinary states of consciousness.
