My Experience at the Terrapia School of Transformation

When I first considered joining the Terrapia School of Transformation, I felt a great deal of uncertainty and doubt. It was a significant investment for me, both financially and in terms of time. Looking back, however, I have never regretted my decision for a single moment. The personal growth I experienced during my studies is unlike anything else I have encountered in my life.
Before joining the program, I had spent fifteen years in individual psychotherapy. While that work was valuable, it doesn't compare to the transformation I experienced through the Terrapia School of Transformation. If someone had told me beforehand how profoundly I would change and grow, I simply wouldn't have believed them.
Dina Ostrovsky creates an environment that is both deeply supportive and highly effective. Even someone as stubborn as I am found it possible to move forward and continue developing. Dina Ostrovsky gently encourages growth while never allowing you to remain stuck in your comfort zone.
I am proud to be Dina Ostrovsky's student and deeply grateful for everything she has given me. The atmosphere within our group was so warm and supportive that we continue to stay in touch even after completing the program. It was a place where I could truly be myself, explore my inner world without fear, discover hidden parts of my personality that I didn't even know existed, and uncover new abilities. Most importantly, I always felt accepted exactly as I was—even in my unfinished, still-developing state.
Throughout the program, I experienced tremendous psychological growth. Dina Ostrovsky supported not only the parts of me that had already emerged but also those that were only beginning to take shape. It is a rare gift to fully accept a person, including the parts that have not yet revealed themselves.
Whenever I went through difficult periods, faced old trauma, or encountered unfamiliar aspects of myself, I always felt Dina Ostrovsky's support. She pays close attention to every participant, and no one is overlooked. At the same time, she encourages each person to take responsibility, make their own discoveries, and grow into greater maturity.
I cannot even imagine what my life would look like if I had never joined the Terrapia School of Transformation. Most likely, it would have remained exactly the same. Instead, I experienced a genuine breakthrough in my personal development.
Our group was remarkably harmonious. Every participant was unique, yet everyone felt accepted, respected, and supported. This reflects Dina Ostrovsky's extraordinary talent as a facilitator—her ability to hold space for every individual while caring for the group as a whole. There was never conflict or tension; everything unfolded with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
I also want to mention the Family Constellations sessions, along with the unique combination of online classes, lectures, in-person workshops, retreats, and rituals. Together, they formed one living, integrated learning process. Dina Ostrovsky draws from a remarkable variety of methods, and that breadth of knowledge is truly impressive.
Even Qigong, which initially felt difficult and boring to me, eventually became meaningful. After nearly two years of practice, I finally began to experience subtle sensations in my body. Without Dina Ostrovsky's persistence, I would have given up long ago. I continued mostly because I trusted her guidance, and today I am deeply grateful that I did.
If you want to learn from someone who believes in you even when you cannot believe in yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend the Terrapia School of Transformation. I very much hope to continue my studies and plan to enroll in the second year as soon as my schedule allows.
One of Dina Ostrovsky's greatest gifts is her ability to bring together extraordinary people and create a true community. You never feel alone—you become part of a circle of people who genuinely support one another. For those of us who have immigrated and are building a new life far from our homeland, this sense of belonging is especially meaningful.
Finally, I would like to share a dream that beautifully captures my experience at the Terrapia School of Transformation. I dreamed that Dina Ostrovsky was lighting small flames in little cups and passing them to each of us, one by one. Our task was to protect that flame and keep it from going out. To me, this dream became a symbol of what happens at the Terrapia School of Transformation: each student leaves carrying a light that continues to grow long after the program has ended.
