This workshop is born from my lifelong exploration of the voice as a bridge between body, soul, and spirit. I draw deep inspiration from Nada Yoga — the yogic path of sound — as well as from my ancestral wisdom, connection to the elements of nature, and my formal training in classical music and performance. Over the years, I've studied and performed across genres — from opera to folk, sacred to experimental — always guided by a deep curiosity about the therapeutic and transformative power of sound.

By weaving together traditional practices, intuitive listening, movement, and creative play, I offer a space where each person can discover their own authentic, healing voice — grounded in

presence, and free to express.

Voice as Medicine

A 4-Hour Journey into Sound, Breath, and Embodied Expression

Educational · Practical · Inspirational · Healing · Joyful · Playful

Step into a vibrant, heart-centered space where your voice becomes your medicine — and your body, your instrument. This workshop is designed to reconnect you with the power of your own sound through movement, breath, and voice — rooted in the ancient teachings of Nada Yoga - The Yoga of Sound, pranayama, and ancestral wisdom, while inviting in the joy of play, dance, and creative discovery.

Whether you're new to voicework or a seasoned singer, this experience is a celebration of

expression, energy, and embodiment — where healing happens through joy, and learning

happens through feeling.

What You’ll Explore:

  • The Voice as a Healing Tool

Learn how your own voice can calm the nervous system, shift emotional states, and energize

your whole being.

  • Pranayama & Vocal Yoga

Breath-based practices to support voice, emotional regulation, and vagus nerve activation —

including humming, bee breath (Bhramari), and chakra-focused breath + sound.

  • Nada Yoga & Sacred Sound

Explore seed sounds (bija mantras), deep listening, and subtle sound awareness to harmonize

body, mind, and energy centers.

  • Nature Elements & Sound Embodiment

Voice and move the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — to restore natural flow

and connect with inner wisdom.

  • Active + Passive Sound Healing

Use your voice for energy clearing and expression, then lie back and receive a live sound bath

with voice, bowls, and elemental instruments.

  • The Body as Instrument

Engage in gentle movement, shaking, and intuitive dance to awaken your inner rhythm and help

the voice move freely.

  • Circle Singing & Vocal Play

Through improvisation games, group soundscapes, and playful vocal exploration, we release

judgment and rediscover the joy of authentic expression.

  • Creative Integration & Daily Tools

Take-home practices to support your voice, energy, and nervous system — simple, effective, and

joyful rituals for daily life.

You’ll Leave With:

  • A deeper connection to your unique voice

  • Tools to soothe anxiety and regulate your energy

  • Embodied confidence and creative flow

  • A renewed sense of joy, play, and vocal freedom

  • A daily ritual of sound, breath, and movement
