-Stay hydrated before the session.  

-Avoid alcohol, meat, poultry, fish, and heavy foods for 24 hours beforehand.  

-Try to avoid caffeine within 3 hours before the session. Instead, opt for fruit, green tea, or ceremonial cacao.  

-For full energetic alignment, we recommend abstaining from alcohol and recreational substances.

About Kundalini Activation (KA)

Kundalini Activation is a powerful yet gentle energy transmission that clears energetic blocks and accelerates spiritual awakening. Unlike Kundalini Yoga, which requires effort and discipline, this practice is based on surrender and receiving.

Diana begins the session with breathwork before guiding you into a deep, meditative state. During the 1-hour KA transmission, you will lie down and allow the energy to flow naturally. Participants often experience:
